Day 4: I’m grateful for the light and soothing warmth that is felt from just a single lit candle. I love that lighting candles is often a metaphor for illumination and knowledge, but also because it’s a ritual signifying something special is about the happen.
These shorter days mean it is candle season- I’m breaking out festive scents and getting the tapered candles out for gatherings- definitely looking forward to more of those this year!
